Once you have seen all that Northholm Grammar has to offer and have made the decision to join our community, we invite you to complete an Application Form. Submitting your Application Form secures your place on the waitlist.

To complete your Application Form, you will need electronic copies of the following documentation:

• Your child’s birth certificate.
• Two most recent school reports.
• The two most recent NAPLAN reports (if applicable).
• If born overseas and now an Australian citizen, please provide documentation.
• If your child has any educational, health or wellbeing needs, you will need to attach supporting documentation such as medical or specialist diagnostic reports (Speech Pathologist, Occupational Therapist, Psychological Assessment, etc.).
• Relevant Court Orders, if applicable.

An Application Fee of $110 for the first child and $90 for any subsequent children must also be paid online as the final step in the Application Form process.

Ensure that all details are completed and that all required and relevant documentation are attached before submitting. Please note that incomplete applications or applications with missing relevant reports will not be reviewed.

Following the submission of your application, the Head of Enrolments will reach out to arrange an interview, usually two years prior to your child’s year of entry subject to requested date of commencement.

Please note: Northholm does not guarantee entry to the School until post interview and a signed Acceptance of Offer Form and Enrolment Fee are received. Most places are usually offered 18 to 24 months before the intended year of enrolment, but we welcome enquiries and applications throughout the year.
