The Northholm Association (P&C) is an organisation of volunteer parents and community members dedicated to supporting Northholm Grammar and fostering community spirit. The passionate volunteers of the Association are committed to working with the school to provide an environment that is welcoming, safe and inclusive.
The aims of Northholm Association are to foster friendship and camaraderie within the community, promote close cooperation between the school and bodies affiliated with it, to raise funds for the benefit of the school, to conduct social events to build connection and to support school staff.
As a voice for parents at the School, memberships to the Northholm Association is automatic for parents and caregivers of students currently attending. Meetings are held on the third Wednesday of every month at the Dural Country Club, with all members welcome to attend.
Meeting agendas, minutes and the Constitution are all available in the Northholm P&C Folder in the Northholm Parents SharePoint site here Parent SharePoint.
If you would like to connect with us or get involved, whether through donations, volunteering, attending events or joining a committee, email ngspandc@northholm.nsw.edu.au.
The Northholm Association Facebook group is a great way to keep in touch with events and activities, receive immediate updates, connect with fellow parents and celebrate the achievements of the Association.
The Association organises and hosts several events throughout the year for parents, teachers and students to socialise and get to know each other in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. Events often include the Cocktail Evening, Mother’s and Father’s Day Breakfasts, School Picnic, Year Group Parent Get-Togethers and more. Join the Facebook group for all the news and details on upcoming events.
In a heart-warming example of ‘parents helping parents’, the Association runs a Second-Hand Uniform Shop in which parents can donate or sell items via consignment. The Second-Hand Uniform Shop not only helps Northholm parents with sourcing discounted uniforms, but also benefits all School students as a source of fundraising. The Second-Hand Uniform Shop also sells a small range of Northholm merchandise.

Through various fundraising efforts, the Association is able to provide the School with facilities and support that benefit students and the community. Previous contributions from the Association have included donating the outdoor electronic sign, funding the industrial kitchen in the Trade Training Centre and acquiring outdoor furniture for outside the Lincoln Centre.
Commemorative Pathway: Located outside the Administration and Cottage buildings, Northholm invites community members to be a lasting part of the School’s history by purchasing a paver, which can be engraved with your choice of three brief lines.
Entertainment Membership App: This fundraising program invites families to purchase a digital Entertainment Membership which provides discounts and special offers for dining and entertainment in Sydney. A percentage of sales of the memberships using our exclusive school code are donated back to the Northholm Association.
